Provider and scope

MailMigo is provided by Edelverse GmbH, Am Mattenhof 2a, 6010 Kriens, Switzerland (info@mailmigo.ch). These terms apply to email checks. A paid subscription will only arise through a future, expressly confirmed order.

Email assessment

Forward an email to check@mailmigo.ch. MailMigo automatically assesses the available content and replies with an assessment and practical guidance. Forwarded messages often lack the original technical authentication data. The assessment cannot guarantee that a message is authentic, safe or lawful; independently verify important payments and requests for data.

Forward only messages you are permitted to share. Minimise unnecessary sensitive data about other people and do not send passwords or access codes unless essential to the check.

Free access and capacity

The current test is free and subject to technical per-sender and system-wide limits. At public launch we plan five free checks per calendar month per submitting address. This quota applies only after billing is activated; separate anti-abuse limits may still apply. No separate email-address verification is required for free use.

MailMigo Plus and future family plans

Plus is not yet available to purchase. At launch we plan CHF 7.90 per month or CHF 60 per year and up to five checks per day for one submitting address. We will display the scope, total price, payment method and start before a binding order. An email enquiry is not an order. No additional email verification is planned for purchase: a confirmed payment is linked to its unique order reference. Payment alone does not prove ownership of the named mailbox.

A monthly or annual subscription will renew for the same period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time without a notice period, effective at the end of the current paid period, with no extra cancellation fee. Until account controls are available, send the cancellation to info@mailmigo.ch; we will reasonably check authority over the affected subscription.

A family plan covering up to ten addresses may be introduced later and is not available now. Managing additional addresses and viewing personal scan results will require protected sign-in. Adding an address will not automatically give the payer access to its messages.

Availability and responsibility

We aim for a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability or flawless detection. Abuse, automated bulk sending or attempts to bypass limits may result in suspension. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused solely by reliance on an automated assessment.
